4 Steps for Babies with Cradle Cap

Meet Bye-Bye Cradle Cap, a gentle gel formulated with sensitive scalps in mind. Bye-Bye Cradle Cap contains Pyrithione Zinc with hydrating ingredients like Aloe Vera Leaf Juice and Olive Fruit Oil to help fight, improve and prevent symptoms of Cradle Cap including scaling, redness and irritation to reveal healthier looking skin. Translation? Farewell flakes!
If your little one suffers from Seborrheic Dermatitis (aka Cradle Cap) give our 4-step system a try (shop the Cradle Cap Bundle to stock up on all the steps and save 10%):
1. BYE-BYE CRADLE CAP GEL + BRUSH
During bathtime, lather a dime-sized squeeze onto wet hair and massage into scalp, then buff away flakes using the dual-bristle silicone brush and rinse well. The gentle ingredients will help soothe and hydrate skin while fighting flakes and reducing redness, irritation and other symptoms.
2. CONTINUE BATH WITH HBW
Clean babe all over with our signature Hair + Body Wash. It's a best-seller for a reason—it won't dry out skin and really lathers like it matters. Using just one pump, lather your baby up with our wash, paying extra attention to the dry skin spots on their scalp.
3. APPLY ALL OVER OINTMENT
Just before bed, smear a good bit of our All Over Ointment on your baby's head where he has dry skin. Don't worry if it gets on Baby's hair! Our Ointment is thick (but not greasy) so it's best to save this step for bedtime and let it work its magic overnight. You're looking for a medium-thick layer here—you won't have to rub it in all the way, but smooth it in just enough so it won't rub off everywhere. And great news—it's safe for fabrics, so any residue you do get on linens or sheets will wash out in the laundry!
4. MORNING RINSE TO REMOVE RESIDUE (OPTIONAL)
If needed, bathe your babe again in the morning to scrub off any residue from the ointment and remove any flakes. Most of the ointment may be gone, but it's always nice to give your baby's head one more look over to see any spots you may have missed.

Continue to use this process consistently 2 - 3 times a week until symptoms improve. You can also do this on a toddler or big kid!
