We formulated our toothpaste with a natural, fluoride alternative called hydroxyapatite. This ingredient helps restore and remineralize tooth enamel. Other ingredients like silica help to gently scrub away surface level plaque and stains promoting overall oral health from teeth to tongue to gums!

After reading the ingredients, I won’t let my son use this anymore. There’s silica in the toothpaste to help with stain removal and whitening. No thanks! He’s 4! I don’t need to damage his enamel to remove stains that are not even present.

Company would not disclose the percent of hydroxyapatite in the product, which makes me believe that the amount used is clinically ineffective. Other companies had no problem disclosing the% of hydroxyapatite. Will be using something else, as I believe in letting consumer make informed decisions

The toothpaste taste great and my kid likes it, however Tubby Todd refused to give me information about percent of active ingredient HYDROXYAPATITE in their toothpaste. I was ready to switch my kid to this one from another brand which openly gives information about HA %(15%). But because Tubby Todd is not disclosing their % I believe it's probably quite low to be an effective ingredient. Would love to try again once this information is available to the consumer.

I love this toothpaste and so do my kids! We were using another natural paste but is was so watery the kids would make a mess just getting it on their brushes. This is a firm clear paste that easily glides on to the brush and the kids making less messes in the sink while getting those chompers clean! Wouldn’t mind a fluoride option.
