My 2 month old had a reaction to this lotion, I put it on his face after reading the back saying it was safe for face and sensitive skin and I have the fragrance free lotion, I only put it on half his face while breastfeeding and it left him red only where I put the lotion and it’s still red now hours after and after wiping it off. This was not safe for my babies sensitive skin and I’m pretty disappointed about it. I haven’t had this sort of reaction with any other products I used from here only this one.

So disappointed. We LOVE the AOO and have been using it on our son since he was a baby. It is truly a lifesaver. But within 5 minutes of applying this lotion, he broke out in an intense rash wherever I had applied it. Scary for a new momma!

In general i did like the product, HOWEVER, it took almost a month to get it. I at first only received part of my order which still took 2 weeks to arrive, after another week I checked in about my last item and they notified me it was out of stock at that warehouse but they could send it to me with expedited shipping from a different one…it still took a week to arrive. I was so excited to try this brand but now I'm afraid to order again, I was highly disappointed in the shipping.

Its such a nice scent that sort of lingers but is not intrusive, if that makes any sense lol but we love using it on our LO right after a bath and after hand washing and face washing! Products don't really work. Also, it has phenoxethanol in it which is very toxic for babies. They claim its a little amount, but it's pretty high up in the ingredient list. When I asked for a refund they are trying to make me pay to ship. Won't shop here again.
Save your money and get aveeno. They use colloidal oatmeal too for a sliver of the price.

The lotion was okay, it smelled really good (I got lemon), but it didn’t keep her skin from drying up and if she had a rash, she would start crying when I put on the lotion. I think the lemon in the lotion would burn her skin. I rubbed it on myself to test it and it caused me to itch and feel a slight burning sensation so I stopped using it on her.

As a first time (and very tired) mom, I bought this lotion by accident during one of my middle of the night feedings. I thought I was the ointment since I saw so many good reviews about the ointment helping with baby acne which my baby girl was at the moment. Her skin had a bunch of bumps and very dry. I tried milk baths, and other lotion brands. She would scream when I would apply those lotions, I’m sure they probably stung her dry face. Nothing was helping her so I decided to give this brand a try. When I got it in the mail I was upset at myself for ordering the wrong thing but turns out this lotion was amazing for my baby girl. Her acne cleared the same week and her skin had never been more smooth and hydrated. No more screaming when applying lotion, she actually enjoyed it. Thank you for making an amazing product ! Here to let others know that the lotion will also help with acne. I still have to give the ointment a try !

I love this product, however I'm always really frustrated that the pump stops distributing product when you have less than 1/4 left in the bottle. It's just really annoying to flip the bottle upside down and wait for the product to sink to the top. It's so expensive so I want to use everything I can, but I feel like the pump top stops me from doing that.

Unfortunately, I do not like the smell of the sweet apple at all, I can’t even use it all, so it’s pretty much just wasting here. I wish I just got my regular unscented. I tried to exchange it but I guess I can’t. So I’m stock with using the ointment as an everyday lotion (sad). However, your overall product is great. Just not this one for me. I’m sorry.
