What is Flex and what is their relationship to Tubby Todd?

We’ve teamed up with Flex to make it easier for you to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)! Now, you can pay for select Tubby Todd products using your HSA or FSA debit card—meaning you can stock up on your faves with pre-tax dollars and save 30-40% (depending on your tax bracket). More bubbles, less spending—yes, please!

How do I pay with my HSA or FSA card?

It’s easy! Just add your favorite Tubby Todd goodies to your cart, head to checkout, and choose “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your HSA or FSA debit card info, and you’re good to go!

What if I don’t have my HSA/FSA card with me?

No worries! Still select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” and enter your regular credit card. Flex will email you an itemized receipt that you can submit to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement. Easy peasy!

Why isn’t Flex showing up as a payment option?

If Flex isn’t popping up, it’s likely because you’re logged into Shop Pay. Try checking out in an incognito window and you should see Flex as an option.

Why is my HSA/FSA card being declined?

HSA/FSA cards are debit cards, the most common hiccup is insufficient funds. We recommend reaching out to your HSA/FSA administrator to double-check your balance.

My FSA asked for more info after I submitted my Flex receipt—what now?

We’ve got you! Just forward us the request from your FSA, and we’ll work with the Flex team to get you a new, detailed receipt.

Help! I didn’t get an email from Flex with my itemized receipt or letter of medical necessity.

First, check your spam folder—sometimes emails from notifications@withflex.com hide out there. Still no luck? Shoot an email to support@withflex.com with the email address linked to your order, and they’ll sort it out for you.
