Which items are eligible for a subscription?

Most full-size products and bundles are available for subscription. If an item is available for subscription it will be noted on the product page.

Do I have to have an Tubby Todd account to place a subscription order?

Yes, you will need an account to manage your subscriptions. You'll be able to access them directly in your account by clicking here and selecting Subscriptions.

Can I add one-time products to my order?

Yes! You can add one-time products to an upcoming subscription order by logging into your account and selecting the subscription you wish to edit. When editing a subscription, you'll be able to select from a list of products to add to your next order. Edits to your subscription must be made 3 business days prior to your next charge date.

Can I add other subscription products to my order?

Each subscription is managed separately to allow flexibility in your shipment schedule. You can add a new subscription directly from your account or by placing an order for the subscription.

How can I update my shipping or billing address on my order?

You can edit your shipping and billing information in your subscription account. Any changes must be made 3 business days prior to your next charge date.

When will my card be charged?

Depending on the frequency you've selected, your card will be charged as soon as your product is ready to ship either 1, 2, 3 or 4 months after you've purchased the subscription. You'll receive an email notification 8 days before we ship out your next order, and you will have 5 days to make any edits to your order before it's shipped. You can also edit your next shipment date by logging into your subscription account.

Can I use a discount code on my subscription order?

All subscription orders will automatically apply the subscription discount offer on your initial purchase and all recurring shipments. If you would like to apply a discount code at checkout to an order that includes one-time products, the discount will only be applied to the non-subscription items in your cart.

Can I use bubbles on subscription orders?

Bubbles can only be applied on your first subscription order.

Can I return a subscription order?

Yes, subscription products are eligible for our Worry-Free Guarantee just like any other purchase. To learn more about our return process, click here. Returning a subscription order won't cancel your subscription. If you would like to cancel, you can to do so from your subscription account.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

While we do our best to keep every product in stock, there may be instances where we run out of inventory. In these cases, we'll notify you ahead of time to let you know that your upcoming delivery is on hold. You will not be charged until we are ready to ship your product.

What is the cancellation policy on my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next order ships one of two ways:

i) By reaching out to customer support via chat/email/text; OR

ii) By accessing your subscription account on the Tubby Todd website and canceling from there.
