Products

My baby’s skin is really sensitive to products. Will Tubby Todd work for me?

We know the frustration you feel when nothing seems to work! That’s why we created Tubby Todd, formulated specifically to moisturize sensitive skin. We have complete confidence that every product we make is not only gentle and pure, but is impressively effective at getting the job done.

I don’t have sensitive skin. Can I still use Tubby Todd?

Yes, absolutely! Tubby Todd works well with any skin type. 

What is the difference between the Dream Cream and All Over Ointment?

Our Dream Cream is great if you need something even more moisturizing than our Everyday Lotion. It's great for treating dry skin, and can be used almost anywhere on the body that needs a little extra love. Its blend of plant extracts and essential oils works wonders on dry skin. 

Our All Over Ointment is the beautiful love child of a salve and a cream, but it isn't sticky or pasty like traditional creams or salves are. It does take a little more effort than our Dream Cream to rub into skin but is still smooth, thick, and wonderful to use on dry skin. We recommend using the All Over Ointment to spot treat, rubbing it on dry skin or layering with the Everyday Lotion at bedtime. 

Is the Hair & Body Wash tear-free?

Our signature Hair & Body Wash is made with natural, plant-based ingredients, and has been extensively tested to be safe on tiny faces. Even so, we recommend keeping all bath products out of your child's eyes and mouth. Tubby Todd Hair & Body Wash is pediatrician and dermatologist approved and works wonders for skin that needs a little extra lovin’.

Is your All Over Ointment cloth-diaper safe?

Yes! It is completely safe for cloth diapers and rinses out clean, leaving no residue.

How are your fragrances natural?

All fragrances in our products are comprised only of aromatic natural raw materials, which are custom blends of pure essential oils and extracts. They are completely free from nature-identical and synthetic components.

Do you have any fragrance-free products?

Yes! Our All Over Ointment is fragrance-free.

Do your products contain parabens?

Nope, not at all, not even one! In place of parabens, we've used natural, plant-based preservatives like Honeysuckle Extract to prevent the growth of bacteria and mold. (You’re welcome!)

Is there an expiration date on your products?

We recommend that they be used within 2 years of purchase or 6 months after opening for best product quality. (But we think you’ll love them so much that this won’t even be an issue!) Note that natural variations in texture and color are normal, since each product is formulated with natural ingredients.

Do you test on animals?

Nope, never. We are proud to be 100% animal cruelty-free, certified by the Leaping Bunny Foundation.

Can I edit my order? I want to add something before it ships.

Currently, we cannot add items to an order, but we can help you cancel your order and reorder. Please email us at customercare@tubbytodd.com as soon as possible after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to help you.

I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?

Please email us at customercare@tubbytodd.com as soon as possible after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to help you cancel your order, given that it has not yet shipped.

Can I use multiple promo codes?

Only one promo code can be used at checkout.

How can I check the status of my order?

Immediately after purchase, you should receive an email with your order number and shipping status (allow 1-2 days for your shipping status to update). You can also check the status of your order by signing in to your account at tubbytodd.com.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Shipping is free for orders of $50 or more in the continental US.

Where does Tubby Todd ship?

Spread the Tubby love — we ship internationally to Canada and anywhere within the US! (Shipping fees may vary).

When will my order ship?

Our fulfillment center ships orders out Monday — Friday, with turnaround being 24-48 hours.  Exclusions apply during sale periods, new product launches, Holidays, etc.  Transit times will vary depending on shipping chosen at checkout.  If you have any questions, please feel free to email customercare@tubbytodd.com

Can I track my order?

Yes! Immediately after purchase, you should receive an email with your order number and shipping status (allow 1-2 days for your shipping status to update). Once USPS, FedEx updates the shipping status, you can track your order from our warehouse to your door. You can also check the status of your order by signing in to your account at tubbytodd.com.

My order says it was delivered, but I never received it.

We’re so sorry! Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the package once it leaves our hands, but we will do our best to help you. Contact your local USPS post office or FedEx; sometimes they mark packages undeliverable and you’ll need to pick it up in person. Our system automatically red-flags any incorrect addresses, but sometimes invalid addresses slip through the cracks and become undeliverable, so be sure to email us at customercare@tubbytodd.com ASAP if your shipping address is incorrect.

How can I edit my shipping address?

Email us at customercare@tubbytodd.com as soon as possible after placing your order, and we’ll help you change your address before it ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an opened product?

We have a worry-free guarantee that is simple and straightforward: we stand by the safety and performance of our products, and are confident you'll love them! But in the rare instance that your child ever has a skin reaction to one of our products within one month of purchase, you can return the open product to us and we'll refund you. We’re sorry it didn’t work out! (Please note: your original shipping charges, if any, are not refunded.)*

Can I return an unopened product?

If you simply happen to change your mind about a purchase, we encourage re-gifting! You may also return the unused, unopened product to us within 60 days of receipt and we'll refund you the full purchase price, less any shipping costs.*

What should I do if I received the wrong product?

If you received a product that’s different from the one you originally ordered, we’re sorry about that! Email us at customercare@tubbytodd.com and we’ll get the correct product sent out to you as soon as possible.

What makes Tubby Todd different from other children’s bath soaps?

We’re a small, family-owned business, and each and every Tubby Todd purchase, social media share, and baby shower gift you give means the world to us. We’ve spent years formulating the perfect, natural products for sensitive skin, and will always be toxin, paraben, sulfate, artificial fragrance, BPA, and animal-cruelty free. We can’t wait for you to try them and get tubby with us!

Where are your products made?

Tubby Todd is formulated, manufactured, and distributed right here in the USA.

Do you offer samples?

Sample packets are in the works so check back with us soon!

PLEASE NOTE:

All returns must be shipped to us at your own expense; we cannot accept packages shipped C.O.D. Once the original product(s) are received at Tubby Todd, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid in the form of your original payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for Tubby Todd to refund your account upon receipt.
