Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes! We have worked extensively with partners that we trust to bring your family safe, clean and effective solutions for your little one's sensitive skin.

But you definitely don't need to have sensitive skin to use Tubby Todd. Our products are great for any skin type!

What is the best age range to use Tubby Todd products?

Tubby Todd is great for the whole family!

Do your products contain parabens?

Nope, not at all, not even one! In place of parabens, we've used natural, plant-based preservatives like Honeysuckle Extract to prevent the growth of bacteria and mold. (You’re welcome!)

Are your products organic?

Our products are non toxic and typically include at least several ingredients that are organic. Our Baby Massage Oil, Chest Rub, and Nipple Balm are all USDA certified organic.

Are your products gluten free?

Our ingredients do not contain oats (with the exception of the AOO OTC!) or gluten. We have full ingredient lists on each product page of our website for you to double-check! Our manufacturing lines are cleaned and sanitized between production runs, but we do not have final testing to make sure that there aren't traces of allergens in the product.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?

Our products are specifically built for moms and moms to be, but we always recommend consulting your doctor before using any skincare products while pregnant or breastfeeding.

Are your products tear free?

Our wash and soap products are formulated with gentle ingredients but we recommend avoiding the eyes as much as possible!

Are your products tested on animals?

Nope, never. We are proud to be 100% animal cruelty-free, certified by the Leaping Bunny Foundation.

Are your products EWG verified?

We are not verified by the EWG today, but we pay close attention to their standards as we develop our products. We also follow the Whole Foods Premium Body Care standards and Natural Products Association Natural Personal Care Guidelines.

Are your fragrances natural?

Yes! All fragrances in our products are comprised only of aromatic natural raw materials, which are custom blends of pure essential oils and extracts. They are completely free from nature-identical and synthetic components.

What should I do if my baby accidentally swallows some product?

Our products are non-toxic, so there's no need to worry if some was ingested. That said, we recommend checking in with your pediatrician if you are concerned.

How do I get notified if an item is back in stock?

Our seasonal scents and brand collaborations are only available while supplies last, so get them while you can.

To the extent we are out of a core product, please email us at and our team can let you know when we will be back in stock.

Is there an expiration date on your products?

We recommend that they be used within 2 years of purchase or 6 months after opening for best product quality. (But we think you’ll love them so much that this won’t even be an issue!) Note that natural variations in texture and color are normal, since each product is formulated with natural ingredients.

I have heard that lavender is bad for you. Is that true?

We conduct extensive research and testing to ensure our products are safe and effective. The experts that we have worked with have not highlighted any safety concerns with lavender or any of our other ingredients, particularly in the small concentrations utilized in our products. That said, if you are concerned, please consult your pediatrician.

Why did you add colloidal oatmeal to All Over Ointment?

To make it even more effective! Colloidal Oatmeal is a natural, gluten free ingredient with skin barrier protection, moisturizing, anti-inflammatory, and soothing properties that can help to relieve symptoms of eczema like irritation and itching.

It’s packed with restorative nutrients like lipids, polysaccharides, and proteins that help to protect and strengthen the skin barrier, and has been used for centuries to help soothe the symptoms of eczema and similar skin sensitivities.

We took extra care to source our colloidal oatmeal from the highest quality oats to ensure that it’s free of preservatives, gluten, and soy.

What is Hydroxyapatite and what does it do?

Hydroxyapatite is a naturally occurring mineral that actually makes up the majority of our tooth enamel (and the rest of our bones!). Hydroxyapatite has been clinically and scientifically proven to help restore and remineralize the surface level of teeth, helping to prevent cavities, reduce sensitivity, and strengthen and protect teeth.

When can my child start using Kids Toothpaste?

Kids Toothpaste is great for kiddos 6+ (parents, too!).

Is Kids Toothpaste Fluoride Free?

Yes, of course! We formulated Kids Toothpaste with Hydroxyapatite, a fluoride-alternative that remineralizes and strengthens tooth enamel.

Does Kids Toothpaste contain Triclosan or Sulfates?

Nope! We formulated Kids Toothpastes with Silica and Xylitol, natural alternatives to these ingredients, that gently buff away surface stains and inhibit the growth of bad bacteria.

Orders, Shipping & Delivery

How do I qualify for Free Shipping on my order?

We offer free standard shipping on any order that totals $55 before taxes and after discounts and is shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. For Alaska and Hawaii, the threshold for free shipping is $60, and for Canada, the threshold for free shipping is $75 USD. At this time, we are unable to offer free shipping to other locations regardless of the threshold.

Please keep in mind that your subtotal needs to be $55+ (or $60 or $75 as appropriate) AFTER any rewards, discounts, or promotion codes are applied.

How do I track my order?

Immediately after purchase, you should receive an email with your order number and shipping status.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship due to processing time.

Can I edit my order? I want to add something before it ships.

Where does Tubby Todd ship?

We ship internationally to Canada and anywhere within the US! (Shipping fees may vary).

Can I use multiple promo codes?

Only one promo code can be used at checkout.

My order says it was delivered, but I never received it.

We’re so sorry! Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the package once it leaves our hands, but we will do our best to help you. Contact your local USPS post office or FedEx; sometimes they mark packages undeliverable and you’ll need to pick it up in person. Our system automatically red-flags any incorrect addresses, but sometimes invalid addresses slip through the cracks and become undeliverable, so be sure to email us at ASAP if your shipping address is incorrect.

How long should I expect my order to arrive?

We generally ship our orders next day M-TH. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will ship out between Monday-Tuesday morning, depending on the number of orders received during that time. Our standard shipping guarantees delivery within 5-9 business days from when the order leaves the warehouse. We are always trying to keep shipping costs down for our customers, so we also offer preferred shipping, which guarantees delivery within 2-4 days business days of when the order leaves the warehouse. We do suggest using preferred if you are looking to get your shipment a little quicker than our standard time frame!

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an opened product?

We have a worry-free guarantee that is simple and straightforward: We want you to love our products as much as we do. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, don't worry! You can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

Can I return an unopened product?

If you simply happen to change your mind about a purchase, we encourage re-gifting! You may also return the unused, unopened product to us within 60 days of receipt and we'll refund you the full purchase price.

Please note: your original shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded. All returns must be shipped to us at your own expense; we cannot accept packages shipped C.O.D. Once the original product(s) are received at Tubby Todd, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid in the form of your original payment. Please allow ~10 business days for Tubby Todd to refund your account upon receipt.

What should I do if I received the wrong product?

If you received a product that’s different from the one you originally ordered, we’re sorry about that! Email us at and we’ll get the correct product sent out to you as soon as possible.

What is Club Tub?

Club Tub is our online loyalty program designed to reward customers with “Bubbles” for specific activities. The “Bubbles” can be redeemed for Tubby Todd products or a dollar amount to be used on future purchases.

How do I join the Club Tub Rewards Program?

Simply create a customer account, and you will automatically become a part of our program. Or you can join by heading to our loyalty program landing page or the Give 10%, Get 10% widget on the bottom corner of

How do I earn Club Tub Bubbles?

You can earn points for all sorts of online activities, including following us on social media, writing reviews*, referring friends*, having a birthday, and making purchases. You must be logged in to earn bubbles on purchases.

How many Bubbles do I need to purchase a product?

100 bubbles is equal to $1. To redeem bubble rewards, you must have a minimum of 500 bubbles ($5) in your account. For reference, 500 bubbles = $5, 1000 bubbles = $10, 3000 bubbles = $30 and so on.

How do I redeem my Club Tub Bubbles?

Club Tub Bubbles are redeemed for rewards which you can spend on You can redeem your points during checkout or at any time in the Club Tub Bubbles widget. Sign in to your Club Tub account to check our bubble balance, select ‘redeem bubbles’ to see which rewards you are eligible for and select the reward you’d like to redeem. You will receive a unique code to enter in the discount field at checkout.

Do Club Tub Bubbles expire?

Your Club Tub Bubble balance will expire if you have not earned or spent points for a continuous period of 1 year. Customer points will expire each day on a rolling basis if they have not earned or spent points within 1 year of earning. A notification email will be sent 30 days before the expiration date as a reminder.

Is there a limit to the number of Bubbles I can earn?

No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can! However, please note, the maximum reward that can be redeemed is $120.00 (12,000 Club Tub Bubbles).

How does the Refer a Friend program work?

Share your unique link with a friend who has not shopped with Tubby Todd and does not yet have an account. When you refer a friend, they receive a 10% discount, and you receive a $10 reward in Bubbles (1000 bubbles) when your friend completes a purchase through your referral link. To access your unique referral link, log in and open the Club Tub widget in the bottom corner of your screen; scroll down to the referral section. You can copy the link, send it by email or share it on Facebook.

How do I get points for writing a review?

After making an online purchase with us, you will receive a product review request email 7 days after the order is fulfilled. After responding to the review email, points will be attributed to your account. If you leave a review for the products before receiving the review request email, then the system will not send the requested email as it has already recorded the reviews for those products from you and the points will not get added. Please wait for the review request email to earn points for reviewing products you have purchased. PLEASE NOTE:

Only 5 products per order can be reviewed in return for Club Tub Bubbles though you are welcome to review any product you have purchased directly on the site. The system defaults to the first 5 products on your order, at present we cannot change this.

Review rewards can be earned for a maximum of 5 reviews in a 7 day period.

How do I get points for following on social media?

Log into your Club Tub account and go to the dashboard. Select the tab called *Ways to earn*. Click on any of the social media outlets you wish to follow and login to that platform and like or follow us!

Are Club Tub Bubbles refundable?

No, once points are redeemed, they are non-refundable.
