Sponsor
The sponsor of the Tubby Todd Year Supply Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is Tubby Todd Bath Co. (the “Sponsor”), 1928 Kellogg Ave, Carlsbad, CA 92008.

Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, directors, independent contractors, interns, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers—as well as their immediate family members and household members—are not eligible to enter.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Agreement to the Official Rules
By entering, you agree to comply with these Official Rules and accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. You represent that you meet all eligibility requirements.
By entering, you also agree to receive marketing emails from Tubby Todd Bath Co. You may unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect an otherwise eligible entry.

Entry period
The Sweepstakes begins on 8/5/26 at 9am Pacific Time and ends on 9/6/26 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”).
The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

How to enter
During the Entry Period, visit TubbyTodd.com and complete the giveaway popup by:
a. Selecting the response that best describes who you are shopping for or your skincare needs;
b. Providing a valid email address; and
c. Submitting the completed entry form.
Limit one entry per person and email address during the Entry Period.
Incomplete entries and entries that do not comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified. Entrants may not use multiple email addresses, identities, accounts, devices, automated entry systems, bots, scripts, or other methods to obtain additional entries or circumvent the entry limit.
If there is a dispute concerning the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be considered the entrant.

Prize
One winner will receive one $250 Tubby Todd Bath Co. eGift Card, described promotionally as a “year supply” of Tubby Todd. The approximate retail value of the prize is $250.
The “year supply” description is based solely on the $250 prize value. Individual product selections, purchasing frequency, prices, and usage may vary. The Sponsor does not guarantee that the prize will cover any individual winner’s Tubby Todd purchases or product usage for a full calendar year.
The eGift Card will be delivered by email and may be used toward eligible purchases at TubbyTodd.com in accordance with the Sponsor’s standard gift card terms. Tubby Todd eGift Cards do not expire and have no additional processing fees.
The prize is nontransferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Any federal, state, or local taxes and expenses not expressly included in the prize description are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Odds of winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Winner selection and notification
One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place on or about 9/18/26 under the Sponsor’s supervision.
The potential winner will be notified using the email address provided with their entry, generally within three business days after the drawing. The potential winner must respond and claim the prize within three calendar days after the notification is sent.
The Sponsor is not responsible for a potential winner’s failure to receive a notification because of spam or junk-email filters, security settings, an incorrect email address, or other nonfunctioning contact information.
The potential winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility and complete an eligibility declaration, liability release, tax form, or other documentation permitted by law. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to provide requested documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected.
The potential winner is not an official winner until the Sponsor confirms their eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, accepting the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, voice, and statements regarding the Sweepstakes for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.

General conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, unauthorized intervention, technical failure, human error, or another cause beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control affects its administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation.
The Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts in a disruptive manner, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.
If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the end of the Entry Period, the Sponsor may select the winner from eligible entries received before the termination, if appropriate.

Release and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from claims, losses, liabilities, injuries, damages, or expenses arising out of or relating to:
a. Participation in the Sweepstakes;
b. Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize;
c. Unauthorized intervention in the Sweepstakes;
d. Technical, network, hardware, software, or transmission failures;
e. Errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or processing of entries; or
f. Lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or undeliverable entries or communications.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, contact the winner, deliver the prize, and communicate with entrants as described at the time of entry. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at TubbyTodd.com.

Disputes
Except where prohibited by law, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes must be resolved individually, without resort to a class action, in a court with jurisdiction located in San Diego County, California. To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants waive claims for punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages and any right to have damages multiplied or increased.
