My newborn had very dry flaky skin and started to get cradle cap even on her eyebrows. We tried other products but it seemed to dry out her skin more. After just a couple baths using Tubby Todd's products it virtually disappeared. The lavender scent is nice however I personally prefer a stronger longer lasting scent, but this is super gentle. My toddler loves it too because the shampoo/body soap is very bubbly and you don't need a lot.

I love the natural ingredients of this brand. While this product (hair/body wash) did help my baby with clearing her facial baby acne, I did notice some minor but additional bumps show up on her chest and stomach after using this product. Additionally, the bottles came with a separate pump which were not too sturdy, and one of them broke when the bottle fell on the ground, which makes using the product cumbersome when trying to rush through the bath before my baby starts crying(!). If these pumps can be sold separately, I’d love to get a replacement. Overall, I did see improvement on my baby’s skin, but this might not be the final solution (body wash) for her sensitive skin. Regarding the other bundle items, I somewhat like the lotion (I like the texture but not sure if this is contributing to the bumps on her chest/stomach), but do not have much use for the ointment and diaper cream since the existing products I have work a little better (in my opinion).

My baby’s skin was very dry in certain areas of his arms and legs. People kept telling me it could be eczema. I avoided taking him to the dr because I didn’t want any steroid creams or cortisone for him. I tried different lotions and ointments to help soften and lock in moisture but non helped much. My sister recommended this and I love it. His skin is so soft now and I am so grateful. I apply the everyday lotion in the morning, then at bed time I take him a bath with the body wash, I apply the diaper cream and then apply the everywhere ointment/ cream all over his body. Even his diaper rashes are so much better. He used to get diaper rashes so often.

I love, love, LOVE! These products. Went to my sons 6mos apt yesterday and he has had a rash on his face from drooling so much. I can’t speak to the products only to say the mom’s I ordered it for love it. But my 3 stars is really for the ordering process. My first order took so long I forgot about it until my daughter called me to say thanks. Second order also took longer than expected and my last order was lost! Not only that but I found out that not only was it lost, the items sent (and lost) were not even what I ordered! So all in all my experience is not great and I hesitate to order again. Customer service did resend what I actually ordered priority and it arrived just in time for baby shower. So beware or aware of timing. ♀️

Received my item a few days ago, but it was missing the diaper paste. Informed customer service immediately and they said they would send out a new paste ASAP. So far, the paste has still not even shipped and my LO has a diaper rash. This stuff is not cheap, but now I will have to buy another paste from a local store. No compensation offered from TT. Super disappointing. I have been ordering from TT for years, but I will no longer order from this company. I will also no longer recommend them to friends.

My son has Keratin Pillaris and his skin flares up randomly with bumps and redness. The only thing that has ever subdued the redness and his bumps has been the AOO!
