First off, I love Tubby Todd’s AOO, it’s literally the only non steroid cream that works on my now nearly 2 year olds eczema, so naturally I bought the sunscreen. Unfortunately this sunscreen immediately flares up her eczema and is super irritating, it’s better than the typical drugstore baby sunscreen, but the Sun Bum baby bum sunscreen is much better and doesn’t irritate her skin at all like this one.

We have used other “clean” brands on my daughter with no problem, she’s never had a sunburn since we re apply religiously because she is quite fair skin. This sunscreen doesn’t work on her! Sunburns on her every time!! Unfortunately, I bought two that will go in used because this sunscreen doesn’t work on her. I do not recommend this for fair skin.

This sunscreen is SO drying. I used it two days in a row on myself and my kids and all of our skin is dried out, red, flakey, and cracking. We didn’t change anything else in our skincare routines or do anything out of the ordinary so I have to assume it’s this. My face is normally super oily and it take a LOT to dry it out, but two days of this and it’s a mess. My arms and legs are awful and my kids are incredibly itchy. Don’t go for this one.

We’ve been ordering Tubby Todd since our little guy was just a couple weeks old. Now he’s almost 14 months. He has incredibly sensitive skin where we can only use fragrance free Tubby Todd bath stuff and lotion. I tried the sunscreen and it ended up breaking my little guy out, unfortunately. :( all over his face, belly and legs. The consistency is great, doesn’t leave white marks all over the body when you rub it in. I was super happy with it. Just bummed it didn’t work out for us. I’m not going to give them any less than 5 stars because it’s still a great product and they ship incredibly fast!. Just happened to not work out for my guy.

I think the only issue I have with the sunscreen is how it looks on brown skin. We applied it on our kids and they looked a pasty purple color. It didn't blend in very well with their skin tone.

My son has eczema and very sensitive skin. We love AOO, we have been using it since last 2years.. So, I blindly ordered Tubby Todd Sunscreen. But, it does not go smoothly and irritated my son’s skin. His skin started to crack, looks patchy and causing him pain. He hands face also looks tanned.

This is a long overdue review as I recently just got a chance to use it in Hawaii for my 6 month old. I can't say I like it. Like some other reviews stated, the sunscreen leaves my baby super white on the face (didn't use it on his body since he was wearing long sleeve sun guard). I won't buy it again, I was really hoping I would love it like the AOO.

I’m sure this sunscreen works, but it leaves a thick white cast on my daughter! I rub it in the best I can, but it makes her look like a ghost, or a sick Victorian child. I found I cheaper sunscreen that is reef friendly and doesn’t leave a white cast (it’s a popular Australian sunscreen with a color changing bottle) so I will not be using this sunscreen anymore.

This is the BEST sunscreen and is totally worth the money! Not only do you know the ingredients are clean, but it works so well! We have used it on our son at the beach and many days spent swimming! It does go on thick, but not too thick. I still think it is easy to spread. It does leave a white tent on my son's skin for awhile, but that just shows me it is protecting him and honestly gives me peace of mind! It also seems to stay on well in the water! This is my favorite Tubby Todd product!

The whole gang uses Tubby Todd spf! I had a generic brand mineral spf spray and TT for the babies, but the spray I had bought from cvs kept leaving an extreme white cast, especially on my husbands darker skin. Tried TT instead and let’s just say now I need more!!! LOL. One of my favs for sure. Use a foundation brush to apply on your littles - game changer!

This is the only sunscreen I've found that I can use on my 19-month-old son who has eczema. We've tried other brands and they all make his skin flare up. He has very pale skin so we reapply Tubby Todd sunscreen liberally, and he has never gotten a sunburn and never had a skin reaction to this product. We basically buy it in bulk now!

I wanted to love this product just as much as the body wash, lotion, and all over ointment but sadly I feel it fell way short. This mineral sunscreen is thick and hard to absorb even after rubbing it numerous times. Not to mention It leaves a tacky white residue which is a big no-no for sunscreen. It’s hard applying it on my babies since they’re able to sit still for only a few seconds. Ill be returning this item, not saying it’s a bad product as it may likely be loved by others— it didn’t deliver for our needs.

We have been trying to switch our sunscreen to mineral sunscreen across the board to be more conscious about what we are putting on our skin. We love how this applies. It does stay white and doesn't rub as clear onto the skin, but we are fine with the trade-off knowing my son's skin doesn't react and it has good ingredients compared to other sunscreens at the store. I did my research and was excited to find this sunscreen. However, I applied it on myself to try before my baby. Thankfully I kept him out of the sun but walking around the theme park I was exposed. I applied it all over on my arms and shoulders and was FRIED. I didn’t sweat, get wet and reapplied it according to directions. The places I didn’t have the sunscreen I was fine. It also leaves a white residue which is bearable if the sunscreen worked well. I was sad & disappointed and won’t be using it on my baby
