What’s the most surprising product discovery you’ve made recently that busy moms should know about?

Lately, I’ve been loving Dhara’s restor.d. It’s an all-in-one mix of collagen, L-glutamine, vitamin C, electrolytes, and an impressive 9 grams of protein per scoop. I take it twice a day: once in the morning after my workout and again in the mid-to-late afternoon when I need a little pick-me-up. It not only replenishes my electrolytes but also gives me a protein boost and supports gut health—all in one hydrating, lemon-rose flavored glass. And knowing it’s formulated by naturopathic doctors who specialize in gut health makes me trust it even more. For busy moms, it’s such an easy way to check a lot of wellness boxes at once. Speaking of busy moms, I SO appreciate everything thay Tubby Todd has done for my kids routines. I dont even have to think about what I buy for Cleo and Max, since Tubby Todd’s line delivers products that are super clean and safe, and also tons of fun for them. Done and done.

What’s your go-to 5-minute self-care ritual when you’re feeling overwhelmed?

When I need a quick reset, I spritz my face with a seasonal hydrosol from Botnia and pour myself some sort of wellness beverage. Depending on my mood, I might choose Dhara electrolytes, Neo Nutritions blended with almond milk with manuka honey, a coffee with Cowboy Colostrum and a splash of almond milk, or Agent Nateur’s Calm Berry with sparkling water—paired with a small bowl of fresh fruit. Then I head outside, leave my phone behind, and enjoy my fruit while letting sunlight hit my eyes. Just a few minutes of touch, taste, and presence are enough to calm my nervous system and give me a refreshing dose of vitamin D. It’s simple, but it makes a big difference in how grounded and refreshed I feel.

What’s currently in your purse/diaper bag that has been a game changer?

The Mara Sea Silk Lip Balm in Soft Coral is always with me! It’s the ultimate multitasker. The sheer coral tint instantly brightens my face, and the super nourishing butters and oils keep my lips soft and hydrated. It’s the quickest way to feel polished when I’m on the go.

I also keep Elliot Cole’s Bowery fragrance tucked inside. It’s this sophisticated yet grounded scent that makes me feel instantly more put-together, even if I’ve been chasing after the kids all day.

The BEIIN All-Over Oil has become my absolute must-have. It’s small enough to toss in any bag, but powerful enough to do it all—hydrating my hands, adding a subtle glow to my skin, taming flyaways, and even reviving dry cuticles. The scent is grounding and fresh, and it instantly makes me feel like I’ve taken a moment for myself (even when I haven’t). It’s the perfect everyday essential for a quick refresh—anytime, anywhere.

If you could only use three beauty/wellness products for the rest of your life, what would they be?

  1. A tinted SPF— it’s a non-negotiable and the daily habit that my future self will thank me for. This one is a primer-hybrid too!

  2. Juna Detox Drops – its the first thing I drink every morning for detoxification, digestion and balanced skin, and I will never look back.

  3. Magnesium—because calm, sleep, and stress relief are non-negotiable.

  4. I have to plug one more - you think I could just pick three?? I coudn’t live the rest of my life without the perfect red lipstick. I love Wonderblush’s Le Rouge Lipstick in shade CLAFOUTIS.

What initially drew you to carry TT in store, and how does it align with Shop Good’s mission?

As a mom, I love finding products that are safe, effective, and really enjoyable for my babies. Tubby Todd checks all those boxes. It’s fun, beautiful, and genuinely clean—just the kind of line I’m excited to offer at Shop Good. I’m completely obsessed with their seasonal exclusives and this year’s new Holiday line is a perfect example of what makes the brand so unique — thoughtful, clean formulations paired with scents that feel like a treat for the kiddos. My kids beg for the Cranberry Mandarin and Brown Sugar Fig at bath time. It’s those little sensory moments that turn daily routines into something we all actually look forward to.

What have you found to be the most rewarding part of motherhood?

The most rewarding part of motherhood has been watching my kids become their own little people — seeing their personalities unfold and realizing I get to help guide them, teach them, and hold space for who they’re becoming. It’s stretched me in ways I never expected and cracked my heart wide open. I’ve learned to slow down, to be present, and to find joy in the smallest moments. My kids constantly remind me why I do what I do — to create a world that feels healthy, connected, and places the utmost value on self-love.

How has your approach to health and wellness evolved since becoming a mom to two little ones?

I’ve let go of the idea that self-care has to be perfect. Most of the time, it’s not. Some days it’s a face mask and a walk, and other days it’s just hiding in the bathroom for 3 minutes to breathe or stretching while my kids climb on me. And that still counts as self-care.

The important thing has been learning not to criticize how it looks. It doesn’t need to be pretty. It just needs to happen. And the more I take those small moments for myself, the more love and patience I have to give back to my kids.
