Step-by-step bedtime bath routine for babies

Step 1: Set the tone
Lower the lights. Dim any overheads and use a nightlight, salt lamp, or small diffuser to soften the space. This small shift tells baby’s internal clock that the day is slowing down.

Step 2: Warm up the water
