Camp Tubby Todd Trip Giveaway

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The Camp Tubby Todd Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington, D.C., who are 21 years of age or older. To enter, complete the official submission form between 12:01 AM PT on 4/1/26 and 11:59 PM PT on 6/5/26. Void where prohibited. Sponsor: Tubby Todd Bath Co. 

OFFICIAL RULES 

By participating in and entering the Giveaway, each participant acknowledges that he or she has read and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Giveaway at any time. 

The sponsor of the Giveaway is Tubby Todd Bath Co., located at 1928 Kellogg Ave, Carlsbad, CA 92008 (“Sponsor”). The Giveaway is administered by Sponsor, which is responsible for the collection, submission, and processing of entries and the overall administration of the Contest.

The Giveaway begins at 12:01 AM PT on 4/1/26 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on 6/5/26 (the “Giveaway Period”). 

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington, D.C., who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. 

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate. 

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. 

To enter the Giveaway, complete and submit the official entry form made available by Sponsor during the Giveaway Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. 

Up to five (5) winning families will each receive an all-expenses-paid trip to attend a Tubby Todd Community Brand Trip in Southern California in August 2026. 

Each prize package may include round-trip airfare for the selected family, ground transportation during the trip, hotel accommodations, meals and shared group experiences, and activities coordinated by Sponsor. 

Exact travel details, accommodations, and itinerary will be coordinated privately with each winner after verification. 

The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize package will vary depending on family size and travel logistics. The total ARV of all prizes will not exceed $4,900+. 

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

Entries will be reviewed and evaluated by Sponsor based on non-exclusive criteria that may include demonstrated engagement with Tubby Todd, authentic connection to and enthusiasm for the Tubby Todd brand, advocacy through word-of-mouth or organic sharing, and alignment with the spirit of the Tubby Todd community. 

Odds of winning depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be selected on or between 4/1/26-6/5/26,  subject to verification. 

Potential winners will be notified via email using the contact information provided at entry. Sponsor is not responsible for missed notifications due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, or other technical issues. 

If a selected winner does not respond within three (3) business days, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner. 

Potential winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where permitted by law, a Publicity Release (“Prize Claim Documents”) within ten (10) days of notification. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. 

By entering this Giveaway and accepting a prize, Giveaway participants and winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including personal injury, property damage, or loss, that may occur any time during the course of this Giveaway and any applicable travel or travel related activities.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. 

Released Parties are not responsible for technical failures or malfunctions, lost, late, or misdirected entries, human or technical error in Giveaway administration, or any injury or damage arising from participation or prize use. 

No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. 

All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California. All issues shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. 

Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://tubbytodd.com/pages/privacy-policy. 

By entering, participants consent to Sponsor’s use of their information for Giveaway administration and prize fulfillment. By providing your email address, you also agree to receive marketing emails from Sponsor, including product updates, promotions, and special offers. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
