What if I don’t have my HSA/FSA card with me?

No worries! Still select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” and enter your regular credit card. Flex will email you an itemized receipt that you can submit to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement. Easy peasy!

Why isn’t Flex showing up as a payment option?

If Flex isn’t popping up, it’s likely because you’re logged into Shop Pay. Try checking out in an incognito window and you should see Flex as an option.

Why is my HSA/FSA card being declined?

HSA/FSA cards are debit cards, the most common hiccup is insufficient funds. We recommend reaching out to your HSA/FSA administrator to double-check your balance.

My FSA asked for more info after I submitted my Flex receipt—what now?

We’ve got you! Just forward us the request from your FSA, and we’ll work with the Flex team to get you a new, detailed receipt.
