How do I cancel my subscription?
We're happy to help! You can cancel your subscription by emailing customercare@tubbytodd.com anytime.
When do I need to cancel my subscription by?
Send us an email a week prior to your normal charge date and we'll help you cancel your subscription for your subsequent order.
What if my card on file is declined?
We'll try your card 10 times until approved. Shipments won't go out until the card is charged.

What if I need to update my credit card on file?
No problem! You can login to your account at tubbytodd.com and click "manage subscription." Click “manage” and you can edit the card on file.
What if I need to change the shipping address for my order, or if I entered it incorrectly at checkout?
You can login to your tubbytodd.com account and click "manage subscription." Then click “manage” and edit your shipping address. Just keep in mind that your Tubby Box will be shipping the first week of the month, so make sure you get those changes in before it ships! Feel free to email customercare@tubbytodd.com if you need any help!
Can I pause my subscription?
Unfortunately, we cannot pause a subscription. If you need to discontinue your subscription, you can email customercare@tubbytodd.com and cancel.
Can I order multiple subscriptions in the same order?
Not at this time. But we would love for you to share the Tubby Todd Monthly Box love! Just start a separate order for an additional subscription and check out one at a time. (One subscription per order.)
Can I add other products from your website to ship with my Tubby Todd Monthly box subscription?
These subscriptions are just that special, so we unable to add other products to your subscription order.
