I ask myself, What are 10 things I'm going to tell myself it's okay I'm not doing? and then I write them down. Here's an example in case you want to do one too!
For the next month, I'm going to be okay...
not working out
not reading as much
not losing the baby weight
not planning a family vacation
not working overtime
not keeping up with my favorite shows
not vacuuming every week
not cooking dinner every night
not cleaning out the car
It can be anything! The power is thinking of the specific thing, writing it down, and letting it go. Yay for knowing the right time to say 'no'.
