We love to see how families use Tubby Todd every day. Follow along with this series, A Day with the Basics! If you use Tubby Todd in your home, be sure to tag @_themamablog and #adaywiththebasics to share! Here's a peek into how Alia Preston and her kiddos use Tubby Todd in their routine:
We reached out to Alia Preston, a mama blogger of two, who also owns her own clothing boutique! Alia's Instagram feed focuses on fashion, family, motherhood and beauty! Alia and her toddlers currently use products from the Tubby Todd Basics Bundle. Today, she's talking to us about how she uses Tubby Todd throughout her day and with her two boys.
Until Alia started using the ThinkDirty app, using natural products wasn't really a priority. Now that knows about the things in her children's bathtime products, she chooses Tubby Todd because our products are made with all natural ingredients. "My boys have fine hair so finding a natural product that won't leave their hair oily is tough. I love that the Hair and Body Wash is moisturizing, without leaving their greasy!"
"My boys love Tubby Todd's Bubble Bath! I understand the importance of play in toddler development, and a nice bubble bath just provides an extra place for them to grow and learn." While they may like the bubble bath for a short while, Alia's boys are toddlers, and often can't sit still for long. "We wash the boys' hair and then don’t rinse it because once it gets rinsed they stand up! Pretty quickly after that they are ready to get out. So we leave them with soapy hair until we are ready to get out! We like to sing songs to keep them entertained, Itsy Bitsy Spider is a family favorite."
ALL OVER, AND WE MEAN ALL"My boys' favorite product is the Everyday Lotion, but my favorite is the All Over Ointment, I call it my Magic Cream! After applying it to the baby, my husband actually puts the leftover ointment under his eyes, and says he swears it helps with his wrinkles."
LESSONS IN MOTHERHOOD
"No one knows what they are doing, we are all doing whatever it takes to keep these kids happy!"
